Simple Amen Return & Exchange Policy
At Simple Amen, our pieces are made in small batches with a whole lot of care. Because of this, we do not offer refunds to your original form of payment. Instead, we’re happy to provide exchanges or store credit if your item meets the guidelines below.
Exchanges & Store Credit Only
You may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition with tags attached (if applicable)

Free of makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, stains, or odors
If your item qualifies, you can choose:

An exchange for a different size or item (subject to availability), or
-
A digital store credit (gift card) to use on a future order.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Custom items or pieces marked “Final Sale” in the product description
How to Start an Exchange or Store Credit
To start the process, email us at sierra@simpleamen.com with:

Order number

Item(s) you’d like to exchange/return

Whether you’d like an exchange or store credit
We’ll follow up with the return shipping address and next steps.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges and store credit returns (unless item is damaged prior to recieving).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email sierra@simpleamen.com within 7 days of delivery with:

A short description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and any damage
We’ll review and do our best to make it right with a replacement or store credit.
